The Company has extensive professional experience in the division, liquidation and receivership of inheritances. The Company’s representatives contributed to the liquidation of the three (3) largest inheritance cases pending in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose value exceeds 20 billion Saudi riyals.

The Company is distinguished in the field of establishing family and charitable endowments, drafting endowment regulations, providing legal and Sharia solutions to the endowment investment mechanism, examining cases to prove endowments and all related matters therein by appointing or dismissing superintendents and determining endowment channels and ways to sustain them.

The Company’s representatives resolved many disputes by alternative means and settlements. The Company’s representatives also represented many clients in real estate, commercial and sports arbitration disputes, the value of which exceeds 20,000,000 Saudi riyals.
